Their products and services are a gathered from a global database of 83 million companies. D&B offers a premium small business report known as The Comprehensive Report. The report provides a comprehensive overview of a company’s operational history, in addition to a summary information on profitability, debts, assets, and corporate relationships.

EDGAR is a system which stands for Electronic Date Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval. It’s a system that is primarily used by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. All companies that are foreign and domestic must file registration statements, periodic reports, and any other required forms electronically through EDGAR. This site has over 27 million reviews and if you’re looking for information or simple reviews on small local businesses then this is a great tool to use. Yelp can help give you customer insight based off someone else’s prior experience with a local business. It’s found to be convenient since you can use it with the iPhone, Android and Blackberry.
